I have a text message from back in November that won't clear no matter how many times I synch watch or press the clear button . Help!

Hi @Nanatina - first sync then do a Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu, wait at least 10 seconds before putting on charge to restart and charge it.
Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
Sync and then try clearing messages on the watch.
