Versa 2 Not Working Since Firmware Update

Hi

 

I updated my versa 2 as the app said there was an update, when I went to sync the watch, Now it will not switch on, reboot or even charge. I have been in touch with Fitbit customer services and getting nowhere fast, OOH hang on the offered me 35% of a new one. Why would I want a new one when my old one was working perfectly well till the firmware update. Why send out an update knowing this will happen?  Anyone else experienced this? I for one will never buy another FITBIT again….

They don’t appear to be interested reply from them was sorry all we can offer you is the 35% discount.
