Hello,
After a snowy day, i returned home and decided to change my Fitbit versa 2 background when it didn't work. I then decided to factory reset it and now it it turned off black and doesn't turn back on. The watch didn't get in contact too much with the snow and it is waterproof so it shouldn't be an issue. I am now charging it even though it was at 54% earlier. What could be the issue?

No help to now, but, as an aside, in my opinion, Factory Reset is way overused as a problem-solving tool. There used to be a part in the Help section warning to use Factory Reset only when specifically advised to do so by a Fitbit Service personnel. I have seen many posts of fitbits not coming back from factory resets, but never of a factory reset solving a problem. Even when it comes back up from a factory reset, all personalization settings are lost.
Restart , however should always be safe, loses no data, and is a good first step in all problem solving.
