Anyone know a way to get the side button to work on a versa 2 when i click it the button goes in but doesnt do anything and I turned it off and now I don't know how to turn it back on.

Hi there, @Yosh23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

 

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s suggestion. 

 

If the issue persists after that, I recommend trying to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

You cant restart the device if the button is not working. You have to let it run down to 0...
