I have just bought a Versa 2 and have only had it 5 days and the button no longer works, I have read suggestions on other pages about dirt and restarting it but as its brand new I can not see it being dirty inside the button and I am not able to turn it off and on again as the button is not working, can anyone help ?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about this issue with your Versa 2 unresponsive button. It's worth trying to remove any dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick or swab around the button.
If this doesn't improve the button's functionality, you can try cleaning out the debris using compressed air. Hold the watch at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Update: I spoke to Google to find this watch's warranty ran out in 2022, return already booked and now bought a Versa 4 instead 🙂
