Hi! My versa 3 have worked great until this week. I can not open the workout app from the device. I just press the app en the logo comes and then just closed. I cant even come to the point where i can see the different workout types. Anyone with the same problem?

If your talking about the exercise button on the versa3 to start the exercise, mine isn't working either

Thank you for taking the time to share the difficulty that you are experiencing.
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have done it all just doesn't work anymore, and now the inaccurate step counting bug..might be time to switch up the watch
