Versa 2 button stopped working

My husband bought me a versa 2 for me for Christmas and the button has stopped working ;( 

 

i looovvvvveeeeee my versa 2 and I loved all my fitbits prior. Is this a fault with the design? I take good care of my watch, don’t wear it in the shower, I’m not rough with it, but the button is not working working? Can this be repaired, or does it now need to be replaced.

Amazing service!!! the message app was easy to use, we did some troubleshooting and worked through the problem. In the end the watch couldn't be fixed and have arranged a replacement. Well done guys, keep up the great work.
