My Versa 2 button quit working and is stuck on a short cut screen. I called Fitbit and the only thing they offered me was 35% off a new watch. I think this is horrible customer service. Has anyone else had the same issue. I prefer Fitbit over an Apple Watch for fitness but maybe I should rethink this.

@Valjaneindy Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the button of your Versa 2 has stopped working. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
