My Versa 2 was bought in July 2020 (hence, used for less than 2years). The left button does not work now. I have tried to clean it for any dust as advised in other posts but the problem persists. I have tried to press it for a long time to restart the watch but there is no response. What else can I do?
Have browsed and found that there are quite a lot of posts that the button is not working. Is there a quality problem?
