Versa 2 button stopped working

My button stopped. I can see and feel the button move but it will not work on my versa. I also powered it off and can’t turn it back on. Is there anything I can do?

Please clean around your watch´s button with alcohol and cotton or with canned air.

I am having the same problem. A week ago the button stopped working. Two days  ago, it stopped monitoring my sleep. Don’t know what’s happening and haven’t found a way to reset it. How did you turned it off?

Hi @JMRF - If swipe is working, in the watch Settings About menu you will find Shutdown and wait at least 10 seconds.

To restart put it on the charger.

Hi @LoveMailhot - try a factory reset - be warned it may kill the watch entirely.

In the watch Settings, About menu and wait at least several minutes before placing on the charger.

I have tried both and neither has worked is there anything else I should do

@LoveMailhot  - if you properly cleaned it and done those steps there is much else to do unfortunately.

 

If it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, you may be able to get it replaced where you bought it.
