Hi. My Versa 2 back button won't work. I tried to clear debris with a toothpick but no change. Any other ideas? My husband is getting some canned air to try, too. I went swimming with it over the weekend. Should I try rice?

Same thing happened to mine, button stopped working and screen froze which means I can't do a restart or factory reset. Was told there is no fix and warranty has expired. Very disappointed. Not sure if I want to make another purchase.
