Versa 2 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Versa 2 will not stay paired with Pixel 3XL. I have to pair it daily to sync my data. When I go to sleep in the evening it is paired but when I wake up it is no longer paired. I have restarted both the phone and tracker multiple times and looked through all of the settings on both to see if anything has changes.

Hi @Man-D - the most obvious possibility is the battery optimization is shutting down Bluetooth or the Fitbit App on your phone to save the phone battery. Have a thorough check of the settings particular to the Pixel phone.

 

If you use the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you, or the watch, last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you will know when the watch can't reach the phone and when it can. This may help in testing the various phone options - you will need to restart the app after each phone settings change.
