Versa 2 button stopped working

Okay, so I have kind of had a long journey with my Fitbit Versa, I got one back in September, and it lasted about 3 months, then the heart rate monitor broke.  I got a free replacement, but it got water damaged even though it should be able to handle water.  The replacement works on a charger, but no time else.  I switched back to the old one for my music, but the back button isn't working now.  It will restart the watch, but not go back.  What do I do??  My Fitbits just don't seem to last, my original Alta broke in 3 hours, but my blaze is still running strong, I have babied all of these watches except the blaze, and that's the only one that still works....
