My versa 2 is almost 2 years old and the button stopped working. How do I go about fixing it? I have cleaned around the button. The rest of the device still works 100%.

To better assist you, may I know how did you clean the button? Please confirm whether you tried to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps.
If the above doesn't work, please let me know if your Fitbit device vibrated when attempting the restart.
