Hi all i used my versa 2 to workout then i stopped it when i was done and put it in my locker not touching anything and went to take a shower i didn't get it wet and i always clean it afterwards. But for some reason the side button ( back button) stop working i don't get it i tried restarting it nothing i tried an air can method and nothing anyone have any idea why it just stopped working? Its only 2 years old 😥😭😭

Hi @Hiyall09 - it's possible that moisture from sweat or water seeps in. Unfortunately button suddenly not working is one of the early symptoms.
Even so try holding the button for 10 seconds, to restart it and if not working allow it to run down, then charge it so that it restarts but if it gets hot when charging stop immediately.

If you haven't done so yet, please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, as @Guy_ suggested, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps.
