Versa 2 buzzing randomly on walks

When I select walk as an exercise on my Versa 2 it buzzes randomly during the walk. It can happen anything between 30 seconds and several minutes. I have laps set to 1 mile, but it will buzz when I've only walked 100 yards!  There's no consistency to this in respect of either time or distance and there are no notifications on the screen.

 

Today I did a short walk of 2.6 miles today and it must have buzzed between 20 and 30 times!

 

Any idea what other setting may be causing this?

Hi @Griswold  - first things to try is restarting the watch. If it still happens check the other options in the exercise app menu.

Thanks Guy.  Have restarted the watch several times and it's just the same after each restart.  Can't see anything in any of the exercise options that would be causing it.  If only it were happening at regular times/distances it may be easier to diagnose, but this is entirely random!
