Versa 2 can’t install SpO2 clock

So I just got my Versa 2 today and I was super excited for the oxygen monitoring feature specifically. On the main site it’s listed as a feature and even notes the free app but for treads you would need the premium plan. However when I go to download the app it says it’s not available for my device. It’s all updated, Fitbit app included so I went to the SO2 guide and in there it says this feature is only for the Sense and Versa 3.

Is this true or am I doing something wrong? Seems weird they would bluntly false advertise this being such a big company.

@Kelschels Hi. Give it a few days to get a firmware update notification.

Hi there @Kelschels, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing those details, I understand where your concern is coming from.

As @MarkMM has pointed out, since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Have a nice day.

@Kelschels That's right. Your Versa 2 should be on version 72.6.19 which is the latest one.

If you want to check on which version your watch is, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name.

On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon and select your device to find the firmware version.

Also, find the firmware version in the Settings app on your Versa 2 > About or Device Info.

Have a nice day.

Hi. I'm having the same problem too. I live in UK and I bought my fitbit versa 2 about 4 days ago. I updated immediately but no SP02 monitir was available. I deliberately bought the versa 2 because I wanted the SP02. My firmware is 35.70.7.14. Will I get it when fitbit next updates? Will I have to wait long? Thanks.

@MuZiKOnMyIp0d Would think if it's been 4 days, you should be getting an update notification real soon. At least in the next day or 2.
