Versa 2 - cannot change starting weight

In trying to change my starting weight in get an error message that says or cannot change goal offline. I am connected to wifi and Bluetooth. I tried restarting both devices with no luck. I continue to get the same error message. I was able to change my start date. Any suggestions to get my device back online?

Hey there @Jwiechec, welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

I'm sorry you're experiencing this inconvenience with your Fitbit app, let me suggest a work around: 

  1. On the Fitbit settings page, find the information you would like to change (under Personal Info) and make your changes.
  2. Click Submit.

While this can help you change your starting weight, we need to see what the issue is with the app.

Please try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. Also, make sure that both the app and your phone's operating system are updated.
