My Versa 2 cannot switch on completely, even after charging. Bought it 9 months ago via Amazon.

Hi @RachelTeo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't switch on completely even though you made sure that it's charged.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out if your watch turns on properly.

The article indicates to press the back button for 10sec, but there’s no button per say at the back.
I have tried to press the electronics at the back nevertheless.
The watch displays the Fitbit logo, but it gets stuck at that screen. The logo will go on, off repeatedly. That’s it. I can’t use the phone in anyway.
