Versa 2 cant sync device

When i turn off location and bluetooth and turn them on again, and try to sync the device it just displays looking for device and then cant find device. I have tried restarting the device and lot of other things but they didnt work.

 

The only thing that works is removing my device from my fitbit account and pairing it again. Anyone facing the same issue?

Hi @Aashi123,

 

Have you cleared the Fitbit cache on your phone?  I have to do this every time in order to get mine to sync.
