I have tried resetting it multiple times but for some reason it randomly vibrates through out the day. It also turns off randomly and the battery isn’t low. I’ve had this only a few months 😞

Regarding the restarting and vibration issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
