I'm so annoyed and extremely disappointed with fit bit. My versa 2, that I have only had a month, will not charge no matter what I do. I have also had constant issues with my versa 2 not connecting to my phone. Very annoyed with Fitbit and will recommend to everyone I know never to buy a Fitbit.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it charges correctly.
Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the steps included in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
