My versa 2 has been working OK, some syncing issues but nothing major until the battery suddenly dropped to 7% and it wouldn't charge. I thought maybe it was the charger so I used another but still no luck and now it's completely dead and won't come on. I've tried resetting, and leaving it on charge for hours. Occasionally it lights up with a red battery and warning sign but never charges.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Thank you for replying. Yes I have tried all those things. I bought a new charger too as I thought maybe it was that but still nothing happens. I left it to charge all day and nothing. It doesn't get warm.
Occasionally although I don't know how, the display shows the battery as empty with the exclamation mark but I can't get it to do it when I want. It's less than 12 months old. And this has happened quite suddenly.
