Versa 2 charging issues

My versa is not charging..I could see backside of my watch is melted little bit

Hello @Kiranversa2 and welcome to the Community.  Based on what you wrote, it sounds like a battery charging fault.  Please don't try to charge it any more.  Do not wear it any more.
