Versa 2 charging problem

I keep getting the not enough power detected from this source when I try to charge my versa 2. I have tried every outlet in my house and keep getting the same message.

Hi @marieglasser - it is important to know whether you have a Versa 2 [other forum] or a Sense 2 [this forum] as the remedies can be different due to the different charging connections. But try cleaning the contacts How do I clean my Fitbit device?
