Bought a clockface off the site and went to install it and it says to make sure my device and my app are updated before i can install. The install button is grey and wont let me install. Both my device and my app are up to date I have no clue what to do. I've deleted and reinstalled my app and reset my versa 2 and still not working! Anyone have this issue that can help me?

Hi there @Siglerj86, welcome to the Community Forums.Thank you for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to verify that you have no pending updates to install. I'll be glad to help you to download the clock face you just bought on your Versa 2.

May I know what is the version currently installed on your watch? You can find it either by going in the , tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image (the firmware version number appears under your device's name) or on your Versa 2, in the Settings app About or Device Info. Your watch must be updated to the latest Fitbit OS 4.1.3 (35.70.8.0) and the Fitbit app on your phone to 3.26.1.

If either of both are running an old version, leave on all-day sync and let the Fitbit app run in the background on your phone, which allows a small portion of the firmware update to download to your Fitbit device each time you sync. To check that all-day sync is turned on: In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > confirm All-Day Sync is on. Once you have updated your Versa you will be able to download the Spotify app, check this article to know how it works.

For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. In this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
