I have a watch face saved and it works. When my screen is supposed to be black, another watch face shows up. I’ve restarted it & tried selecting different faces but the same thing happens. A white watch face while “dormant” and my usual one when using it.

Hi there @crey4, welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry about the clock faces of your Versa 2. Thanks for the steps you've done so far, nice way to go!
To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details if your concern? Your post was a little confused, so I'd like to make it clearer.
Is your Versa 2's screen blank? Is it not responding? Are you having trouble with one specific clock face? If so, what's the name of it?
In the meantime, I'd recommend to take a look at this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and make sure you've restarted your watch as recommended here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

My husband is having the same problem, so we'd like an answer too! He downloaded an analog watch face from the Fitbit webpage, and he likes it. It seems to have a default analog, so he can see the one he downloaded when he taps the screen or is using it, but then it reverts to the default. There doesnt seem to be a way to make the one he downloaded the default.
