Unlock with phone

I wasn't able to find anything on how to unlock the device. So i removed it from the app and now when I try to add it again it still says unlock from the device. I reset the device but the same thing. Is there a way to hard reset it? How do I get it working again?

I am unable to unlock my versa from phone the option you mentioned in profile is not showing how can I unlock my versa can you pleaseeee help out??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Can you please let me know what do you mean when you say that the Versa is not showing in profile? Do you mean that your device is not currently paired with your Fitbit account?
