Versa 2 clock won't sync to correct time

My versa 2 will not display the correct time.  I've synced it to my app and re-started the device and my phone without any luck.  I can't figure out how to get the time right on my device.

Do we consider this is a bug? If the time zone is set as automatically, then the watch should be adjusted automatically. It seemed worked when I arrived at my vacation place, but I had to google it to find this post when I was back.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @new-face-coder. This shouldn't be considered as a bug.

 

When you're travelling your watch may lose connection and syncing would correct the time if the time zone is set automatically.
