The face on my versa 2 keeps lifting out of its casing. The seal is obviously broken. Is it glued in? I've had it 8.5 months. It is from Amazon but was a present. Is it still under warranty?

Amazon are unlikely to be able to help after 8 months but you will still be covered by Fitbit's warranty which lasts for 12 months (or 24 months if you are in Europe). Best thing to do is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your status and advise on your options.

Thanks. You only seem to be able to contact them by twitter...I don't have a twitter account. Is there an email address?

They don't offer email support but there should be web chat or phone options. Unfortunately, these options only show when someone is available and phone support is not available in all countries. I'm in the UK and it's showing that both web chat and phone support are available. Perhaps try later?
