Versa 2 completely stopped working!

I bought a brand new Versa 2 less than two months ago. I wear it while I work (bartender) and when I swim, run etc.  I got an email saying my battery was low which was weird but ok, I put on charger. I wore to work the next day and I’d get weird vibrations but only the Fitbit logo when I looked and randomly my watch face would show. Now, NOTHING!

Hi @Bartender530  Try a button factory reset.  If it still wont work you will need to contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
