Versa 2 connection problems with Huawei P30 pro

Just got Versa 2 for Christmas, I thought fantastic, but it wasn't compatible with my honour 9.I checked the compatible list and saw the P30 was on it so I upgraded. Set it all up, but then it just searches and say no device found.I have tried all different settings numerous times.

Have you removed your new Fitbit Versa 2 from the Bluetooth on your older device? Having it connected to two devices can cause conflicts. If that is not the issue try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

If this fails, log out of the Fitbit App, turn off your Huawei P30 pro completely, wait 1-2 mins then restart it. Log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. Now attempt to sync your Versa 2.

Hi, still having problems with connection. I've done everything you said to
do, it works for a couple of hours but then says can't find device.
