Hi there, @Lynchart. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the connectivity issues between your Versa 2 and your Spotify account. I will do my best to help you with this! 

In order to log into your Spotify account, on the screen where Spotify is asking for you to give permission to Fitbit to connect, there is a link to see what apps already have access to Spotify.  Click on it, then delete Fitbit from the list. Then, back out to the Fitbit app and selected Log In to my Spotify account. It should be connected correctly after those steps.
