Versa 2 continually loses connection

I'm on my second Fitbit versa 2 in 4weeks and this one continually loses connection with phone so at night I have to remove it as it keeps waking me with vibration. Also the size of the large strap is not very big at all. Reading the forum it appears Fitbit aren't bothered about customer satisfaction just taking your money. Don't buy a Fitbit.
