Hi! My Versa 2 is regularly tracking correct mileage ie 2.5 miles but saying I have only been walking for 10 minutes. Why?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 2. 

I'm not sure if you have tried to perform a restart on the device. In addition, make sure to have the latest version of the app.
