Versa 2 counted steps while sleeping

My versa 2 registered 32000 steps while I was asleep. How can I take them away?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, seems odd that your Versa 2 tracked steps while you were asleep. To remove the steps from your account, please check our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? On the other hand, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting your step-count only or other stats too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.
