My Versa 2 counts the steps on my watch, but S soon as I sync with the app, it kicks back to 4284 steps and I’ve walked much more than that today! I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, the watch, logged in and out of the app, and even did a factory reset on the watch. I have contacted customer service help 3 times and they are no help. Anyone else having this issue? It began around 2pm (CST) today

What does your watch show when it´s not counting steps? What does the app show? Is it still happening?
