Versa 2 counts steps when not moving

My versa 2 counts steps when I am sitting and my arm isnt moving. Can I have help with this please?

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 counts steps when you're sitting and your arm isn't moving. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend restarting your watch by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? You can also find the tips to make sure your Fitbit activity is accurate at What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?

If you would like to remove the steps from your daily total, you can manually log the driving activity. For more information, see How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?
