I've had my versa 2 for about 5 months now, and one day, my watch fell while charging and now the screen is cracked. I have been searching for repair/replacement options from Fitbit since I haven't even had my watch a year yet. The fitbit help links are currently not working for me and from many posts on the forum, it looks like fitbit does not offer support for repairs or replacements. Many posts I saw were slightly dated so I'm wondering if this is still true or if someone has discovered any options for support? If there are none I will have to discontinue my relationship with fitbit and try another smartwatch alternative. I wouldn't want to buy another watch with the risk of the same thing happening with no support from the company.

Hi there @1212345, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear what happened to your Versa 2's screen. I appreciate your time and efforts in trying to fix the screen.
Note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold.
If your tracker suffers damage while under warranty, please contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible since our support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
