How does anyone wear these without being in a bubble? My versa2 fell off my wrist today while I was sitting at my desk and the screen broke! No it was not a cement floor and yes I had a screen protector on it. I'm done with fitbit. I only had this 7 months!

Their assistance was sending me an email telling me their was nothing they could do so I will assist everyone i know and let them know they are wasting their money buying something so expensive that is too easy to break with no way to have it repaired.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
