My Versa Stopped Synchronization so I performed a Factory Reset only After nothing else worked, after the Pebble wouldn't Start Up. I called Customer Service was told too Bad out of Warranty go Buy Another One. Which there's no Way!

Bought 2 Fitbit Versa 2 watches from Costco, one in November 2019 and one in December 2019. Both have stopped working. Have tried factory resets (working through online tech support) multiple times and watch still does not work. How can I get an RMA for return?

Same thing happened to me I was like 2 weeks past the 1yr warranty! No way I'm spending more money on a product that just quits working

Same happened to me! Luckily I am still in my warranty by a few weeks! I'm calling Monday morning!!!
