My versa has stopped responding completely after just over 2 years of faultless service. I may be wrong but the issues I am having seem to have developed since the last update that I performed a few weeks back. First signs of an issue we’re failing to Duncan day time constantly slipping from real time. Now, whilst on charger the watch has the logo on the screen but then can’t be started or reset. It can’t be factory reset, has no green light on the sensor side and shows no battery level indication when on the charger. Have cleaned charge terminals and have tried friends charger but all to no avail. Frustrating after such good performance for it to be rendered useless in the space of a week with no indication as to what is wrong.

I've had mine for two years aswell and then this afternoon it just gave up the ghost with no issues before. Sad 😞

Mine as well. 2 years and now dead. That's why I'm on here. I can't get in touch with fitbit. It keeps sending me in circles. WTH
