Versa 2 cracked screen

Dear Fitbit,

I have my device like two weeks and there is already al crack on the screen. I don’t know because i did nothing. I am from The Netherlands.
My quostion is, can it be repared? Or is there any guarantee?
I hope you can help me because i can’t find it anywhere else.

Hello @Emma0211, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear what happened to your Versa 2.

As our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:

(a) use with non-Fitbit products

(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes

(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching

(d) operating the Product:

     (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit

     (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit

     (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
