My Fitbit versa 2 OS sometimes crashing when I open an app. Please fix it so I can have the best experience with my watch that I love.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know in which way your Versa 2 crashes at the moment you try to open an app? Also, with which apps are you having difficulties? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting all the apps installed on your device or just specified ones? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists after taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.

Any app crashes sometimes, it has been better since the new update, but I will let you know if anything crashes again.

To further investigate this situation can you be more specific with the apps that are crashing? Are you experiencing difficulties with third-party apps like Starbucks, Uber, Spotify, etc. or with the native apps of your Versa 2 like the exercise app?
