My fit bit looses time when I wear it.I have left it off for days and the time was correct any time I checked it as soon as I put it on my arm it looses time.I have tried to resolve this by phoning fitbit but got no satisfactory answer.

@Imeldamccrystal you watch needs to sync regularly to maintain a correct time. Please make sure it syncs. 🙂

Do you use one of the standard watch faces? Or did you download additional faces?

This (the watch not showing the correct time) may be caused by a problem with that specific watch face.

Hi there @Imeldamccrystal, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

Please note what @Marrrmaduke has mentioned, as your watch needs to sync regularly to keep the correct time. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

If you're having syncing difficulties, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

For troubleshooting steps, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

On the other hand,  I'd give a try to what @chielmi has said. Not all third-party clock faces work as we expect, try switching to a one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue persists.

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches for organization purposes.

@Imeldamccrystal Original watchface should work fine. The first thing I would do is to reboot both phone and the watch (long press the button for approx 10 seconds until screen goes blank and fitbit logo flashes). Then, open fitbit mobile app and force sync (place your finger in the top part of the screen and pull down). Also, could you please share your phone model and OS version?
