Just bought a Versa 2 (previously had charge 3) and the mobile app updates and syncs fine but the dashboard that I access from my laptop won't update -- mobile app is matching the watch but the dashboard says last sync half past eight this morning
I have logged out and back in again but the online dashboard still won't update
Am using a Samsung A13 for the mobile app and as I say that part (the mobile app) works great, but I want the online dashboard to work too as I use that to track my progress

Hi @FatBat2Fit - it is normal that it syncs with the A13.
The problem with syncing cross multiple devices is it will be problematic. Try logging out of the app on the A13 and turning off Bluetooth - restart the watch and then try syncing with the computer.
Basically the watch can sync with only one device at a time.

I had no problem with syncing with both my mobile and my laptop previously - basically the data appeared / updated pretty much simultaneously on my mobile app and my online dashboard on my laptop
