Versa 2 data not syncing to the Fitbit app

For over a week I have had no data logged on my app and only steps,floors and distance on watch any ideas? 

I have tried everything to sort out problem with no heart rate ,cardio ,active zone minutes or sleep graphs/data showing on app . Every time I restart or shut down my watch the data appears for about 30 mins then stops I have even done a factory reset ! Is there an ongoing problem with Fitbit ??

Can you please be very specific with what troubleshooting steps you've already done?
