Versa 2 dead

I know the solution is simple - get a new one, but my Versa 2 has been with me for 3 years. It suddenly stopped working last night, more specifically, could not charge. I usually charge it with 35% battery left and last night was no different. I saw the battery drop fast from 35% all the way down to 4%, before I knew it, it was too late to restart and now it’s dead. The power input and the connector are both good so I was wondering what happened? I read a lot of the posts here saying their Versas could not last a day after the new app launch, which was also my case. Any chance to keep using my watch? Thank you!

Unfortunately I don't have help to offer, my versa 2 also did this same thing on Saturday.

Hi There, 

My versa lite is the same.. the screen is black and there’s only 1 green light working on the back.
