Versa 3 stopped working

I have had my versa 3 just shy of 2 years and it has stopped working. I had a charge 2 before that and that lasted for ages. I am really unhappy that it has stopped working after such a short time

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2.
If your device won't turn on, there's a possibility that it's battery is completely drained.  So, as a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, please take your time and have a closer look here:

If your Sense 2 is given you specific trouble, please specify what's going wrong.

It stopped working yesterday so put on charge but now it won't even turn on.

Hi yes, I have cleaned the back and checked the pins. When I try to turn it on after being on charge it vibrates but the screen doesn't come on

If you haven't done so already, please try to change your Versa 3's clock face, @JennieSmith. Here's how to do that:
