Versa 2 deadpatch

As you look at it I have a deadpatch on the bottom right of the screen where the watch does not recognise a touch. This means I am unable to use any of the functions that require input from that screen quadrant.i have always used screen protectors so the screen is immaculate 

 

I have reset the watch, turned on and off and tried to find the factory reset function. The watch is now useless as a smart watch and given the time I have had it I am not best pleased.
